WDIV’s Dine in the D Visits Dime Store Rochester Hills for National Pancake Day

We recently had the pleasure of welcoming WDIV’s Dine in the D to our Rochester Hills location for an on-site feature that showcased everything we’re about: chef-driven dishes, scratch-made ingredients, and a brunch menu that brings both comfort and creativity.

The segment aired just in time for National Pancake Day, so naturally we had something special cooking. But the highlight of the visit wasn’t just the pancakes — it was getting to shine a light on our team, our food, and our approach.

Executive Chef Aris Nueva Espana sat down with the crew to talk about how we do things differently at Dime Store: starting with real ingredients, cooking from scratch, and letting each dish reflect a little personality.
