Hour Detroit Showcases Our Scratch-Made Veggie Benny
We love seeing one of our signature brunch dishes get a little press — especially when it’s as well-deserved as this. Hour Detroit recently featured our Veggie Benny as part of their brunch coverage, spotlighting it as a stand-out vegetarian breakfast option made with real flavor and zero shortcuts.
This dish has been a favorite at both our Detroit and Rochester Hills locations — and for good reason. Built on an English muffin, layered with locally grown mushrooms, roasted roma tomatoes, sautéed spinach, creamy avocado, poached eggs and our bright, lemony hollandaise, it’s one of those things that just hits right. Vegetarian or not.
Even better? The photo shoot for this piece took place at our Rochester Hills shop, where the natural light’s great and the brunch crowd is hungry. We’re thrilled to see our second location getting some shine — and even more thrilled that our chefs’ scratch-made work is being recognized citywide.
