With the Detroit Auto Show returning downtown this week, MLive published a roundup of Detroit restaurants recommended for first-time visitors attending the event. We were honored to see Dime Store included, and to be the only breakfast and brunch restaurant featured in the list.
The Auto Show runs at Huntington Place, placing thousands of visitors in the heart of downtown Detroit each day. Dime Store is located inside the Chrysler House at 719 Griswold Street, just 0.3 miles from the convention center, making it an easy walk before heading to the show floor.
Dime Store has long been known as a chef-driven breakfast, brunch and lunch spot focused on scratch-made food and familiar flavors done right. Our downtown Detroit location serves hearty omelettes, comfort-forward classics and creative twists that make breakfast worth slowing down for, even on a busy Auto Show morning.
MLive highlighted Detroit as one of the top food cities in the country, something locals already know well. We’re proud to be part of that story and grateful to be included alongside so many respected Detroit restaurants.
