BIG NEWS! We’re thrilled to announce the second Dime Store is officially in the works! The new restaurant will be located in Rochester Hills inside the Papa Joe’s Market Plaza on Rochester Road at Tienken.
For Dime no. 2, we’ve partnered with our Chef, George Sleator, and General Manager, Mitch Freem, who will be operating the new location on the day-to-day. We sincerely believe the best restaurants are those where the owner is present and engaged, and we’re so confident George and Mitch will knock it out of the park!
The space is twice the size of the Detroit restaurant, which not only means more seats and less wait, but it will also allow us to offer some menu options that are difficult to execute out of our tiny Detroit kitchen (General Tso’s benny, anyone?).
We’re excited to be working with Ron and Roman again for front-of-house design, as well as the amazing JS2 Designs for kitchen design, and are targeting an opening date of late fall/early winter. *UPDATE: Opening Spring 2024
